The Center for the Study of Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (CSWSTEM) was formed in the Fall of 2001. Its major focus is to improve the understanding of the factors influencing the academic career choices of women in these fields. The Center is located at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. The founders are affiliated with the Elizabeth Ann Seton Center for Women's Studies and the Departments of Chemistry & Biochemistry and Psychology.
