Write a 2-3 page critique of an essay in the Science and Technology unit in
The Presence of Others. The critique must develop a single thesis
that takes into account your many observations of the essay. Superior
essays will analyze several aspects of the essay (use of evidence, logic, tone,
use of figurative language, bias, purpose and audience) through a close and
imaginative reading that is well-grounded in the text itself. Special
challenge: to use the frame of reference of another author to critique the
author you're focusing on. Use Times New Roman 12 point font and follow
MLA format.
