Applicant Qualifications

Eligible applicants must be a high school graduate or high school equivalency qualified, U.S. citizen or permanent resident, legal resident of New Jersey who has resided in the state for at least twelve months, and meet the financial guidelines established by the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education's Educational Opportunity Fund Income Eligibility Scale.    The family income tax return for the year prior to admission is examined during the application review process to determine financial eligibility, prior to interviewing the student for admission to the program.
