Admissions
Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Plus Program applicants must be residents of New Jersey and meet the eligibility
criteria established by New Jersey’s Education Opportunity Fund (EOF). The
Program seeks highly motivated students who have studied science and mathematics
courses at the high school level, preferably at an advanced level. The
admissions committee reviews high school transcripts, SAT or ACT scores and
personal statements. As part of the admissions process, all applicants being
considered for admission to the PMPDPP are required to attend a personal
interview at Seton Hall University. Students are asked to bring copies of their
parent or guardian’s income tax returns to the interview to determine income
eligibility for the program. Once the application is submitted, and all
requirements received, a student will be advised of the interview time.
Applicants must submit the
Seton Hall University application form to Enrollment Services. PMPDPP application fees are waived if applicants are eligible. See your high school
guidance counselor for waiver forms. The application fee for those applications
submitted online cannot be waived at the present time. Students are strongly
recommended to submit completed applications well in advance of the deadlines.
PMPDPP applicants
follow the same application process as other applicants. Refer to Seton Hall’s
admission website at
admissions.shu.edu
for more details.
